Twenty years after this fine phrase died out, I believe we have it's substitute. In the last year or two, I've noticed a huge upswing in the use of the phrase "I just threw up in my mouth a little." Is it just me in California, or is this widespread?
P.S. Don't even get me started on the whole "douchebag" retro-revolution.
You are so right on about the reflux phrases. Actually, Joe never stopped saying douchebag. I've had to get used to that. "Sweet" really irritates me. "Hella" also irritates me.

You can blame Dodgeball for that phrase.
And I much prefer "douchenozzle". Especially when I have to drive near the Plaza during the morning rush hour.
I'm a fan of the douche slam.
Wow, I almost rephrased that, but let's just go with it. I would like Snap to go away though.
